We are happy to represent you in your affairs out of court and in court. In court proceedings we have to settle under the law of Attorneys Fees Act (RVG) to prescribed rates.

These are directed largely to the object value of the matter. For the design and testing of draft agreements and for extra-judicial activities of a settlement an hourly basis is possible. Here we usually charge an hourly rate of 180,00€ to 250,00€ net (plus the applicable statutory value-added tax, currently 19%).

In individual cases, a settlement after separate fee arrangements or a flat fee is possible.

If we do not settle for the RVG, our fees are based on the amount, complexity and importance of the case.

We also consider the income and asset sof the client.
